King Philippos to the state of Abai, greetings. Your envoys, namely: Ameinias, Pancharidas, Sotimos, Archedamos, Euanor, Archias and Nikoboulos, presented your decree and urged that your sacred territory should remain free from taxes, as it was previously. Our of respect for the god, as well as wishing to do you a favour, I have written to Herakleides instructing him not to trouble you. Farewell. Year 13, in the month Hyperberetaios.
