For the temple of Apollo at Halasarna, see SEG_51.1050. This inscription lists sacrifices that that the priest there was required perform, over a period of about half a year (from early summer to early winter). The responsibilities of the priest clearly included many of the other local cults, as well as that of Apollo. The translation is adapted from G.Kokkorou-Alevras, in "The Hellenistic Polis of Kos", page 122.

The following instructions were inscribed by the elected men, Nikomachos son of Timainetos, Aristaichmos son of Aristarchidas, and Chairedamos son of Damophon, that is: which animals are to be sacrificed annually by the the priest of Apollo.
